IN your opinion, did the means justify the end for dropping the atom bomb? Was it the right decision?

I'm not saying it wasn't the right decision to make japan pay because they've could of done it again if we didn't defend ourselves but it wasn't to hurt anyone else. But we would like to make peace and bless those who had to give up their lives.
It is not a right decision! First, Japan did bomb up Pearl Harbor but the US bombed Japan twice! Secondly, Japans' innocent citizens are also bombed when they didn't even participate in it. Third, US bombed the entire island of Japan up? And many are infected with either cancer or burned up badly. Therefore, I do not think dropping the atomic bomb is right! Many innocent people are killed!
i say that it was the right thing to do because if they wouldnt have droped it then more people would have died then more people from the bomb. if they would have sent more of our people out then more people would have die then our people. the bomb killed people that had nothing to do with it but i still say it was the right thing to do
It is not a right decision because if we did we would be resonpable for over 20,000 death and the loss of homes for the japanese.also the american's psyche couuld be godlike and treat the rest for the world like slave and threatern the worlds life.
It wasn't a right choice to drop the atomic bomb if you ask my opinion.For instance Pearl Harbor killed innocent people.Additionaly,no one deserve to die over somebody else's action.Furthermore none of the soldiers died.Clearly this is why i don't think it was right to drop the atomic bomb.

well I guess because if not who would know what happen. For example Japan would of taken over Japan. Then again we caused many people to have loung cancer. Also who this brings me back to my first thought nobody would know what would happen.

they killed many innonece by standards and not there true enemy was the army of the war they got there revenge

no i dont think it was the right move on americas part b/c to me it showed the lack of condfinence in american soldiers by using a atom bomb

I believe it was the right decision to drop the atomic bomb because we put a stop ton the war and got our revenge all in one
