Do you think Africa is still considered a valuable continent? If not why do you think this changed since imperialism?

No, I do not think Africa is still considered as a valuable continent. This changed since imperialism because the irragation (no idea how to speel it) was destroyed when Europeans fought over the land in Africa.
I believe that Africa could still be valuable because in Sierra Leone, there are loads of diamonds down there. To add on to my accusation, in the Western part of the African continent there is gold which is very valuable in alot of cases.Clearly, Africa still could be a valuable continent.
I believe Africa is still a valuble continent.Africa is linked to all Africa-Americans.Africa is where most parts of history started. Also, because Africa is home to alot of ancient items people had found.Clearly, this is why I believe Africa is still a valuable continent.
I believe that africa is still a valuable continent. It is not only valuable because of its tremendous amount of resouces. But because it is possibly the birthplace of all human beings.
I agree with Fahmid. Of course Africa is still a valuable continent. It has a tremendous history and there are many brilliant people who have come from this region. Later this year we will discuss modern African leaders who helped shape the world.

Africa is still a valuable country to this day whether or not people know it.It seem like its not valuable because of the comericals we see on tv about africa. But I belive africa will change over time. With some help and how to better use their resources.
I do think they are a valuable continent because they are wealthy in their own way. They have plenty of people fighting over them and helping them through hard times. Africa has alot of sponsors thats bringing money there.
