During the Rising Fever stage of the French Revolution many events had happened.
First,in June 1789 there was a National Assembly. The National Assembly are what the Third Estate voted to call themselves and Louis XVI wasn't happy with. The Third Estate had voted to call themselves that because they had enough from being dominated by the First and Second Estates.
Second, on July 20-August 5, 1789 there was a Great Fear. The peasants became outlaws, broking into noble's home demanding feudal dues and tearing old legal papers with farm tools. The king and queen left the palace and never returned.
Finally, on September 1791 the Creation of a New Constitution was created. The Legislative Assembly was created to approve and disapprove the king's action over absolutism. Since the members of the new government always disagree with each other, they never get enough work done.
Clearly, a lot of events happened during the Rising Fever stage of the French Revolution.
