Research papers!

This week we will be completing our final research paper! This means you must finish all homework and classwork in order to finish. Monday we must have pages, 9-14 finished in your packet. See you all tomorrow.

Research research research

Okay, so you have a three day weekend. This means you have a great opportunity to become an expert on your topic before you write your paper.
Here is what I wan you to do:

1) find a computer- yours, your friend's, your neighbor or relative, a library. Ask someone you know that has a computer if you can use it for a couple hours.

2) research each of your main ideas you got from your thesis. Start with main point #1 and thoroughly research it!

3) record your information on page 11. Be sure to write the website address down in case you need to revisit the site this week.

4) if you are having difficulty finding information- comment on this post with your question and ill be sure to get back to you this weekend.

Research Paper Homework and Classwork

By Thursday you must have pages 1-6 completed. You also must have your topic chosen. Each day we are completing a new section of the packet so you must keep up with your work at home. Post comments on the website if you have any questions! Keep working and START RESEARCHING!!!

How is the German Blitzkrieg similar to a BLITZ in football or in chess? Why is this an effective strategy?

(A blitz in football is trying to tackle the Quarter back as quickly as possible. In chess, "blitzkrieg" is when you beat an opponent quickly in four moves)
